Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of your local court and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.

Repeat Infringers

Delta Scripts reserves the right to terminate user accounts or restrict access to users who are found to repeatedly infringe copyright laws.
